easy access to Plamondon Metro station, warm shallow pool, excellent parking rate

The hotel's cleaning and maintenance need to be addressed!!! The outdated decor and strong cleaning product odors really detract from the experience!!!

The Hotel offers standard accomondations. The rooms are spacious and clean. Continental Breakfast is average - food was fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking, excellent value. Would stay again!

i recommend this hotel to friends, really really nice stay. it is located in close proximity to a subway station and is in a particularly good and decent location.

Great location for a quick trip

I stayed for 2 nights, and honestly, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was alright. The muffins were awesome! It's close to Concordia U, so that was a plus for me.

Hotel was clean, pleasant and efficient staff.

I enjoyed my impressive room with a bathroom, bare minimum quality plus king sized comfortable bed.

All fine, but breakfast is basic.

I like the check out was very fast.

The internet in my room didn't work propertly.

Location, next to restaurants, price

Your site quoted $85 cad per day but when we gort there your booking stated 99. This was still a good price but we could not understamd te change.The restaurant in the hotel, has a poor service, very desorganized.

Recently refurbished hotel in a commercial area right by the metro station. Immaculate unit with 2 beds. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Very clean pool area too. Very good stay, as always.

The indoor pool was a nice touch after a long day exploring nearby attractions. Free WiFi made it easy to plan our next adventures. The rooms were clean.

They felt shaky, and it was a bit concerning.

Best - nothing really, I was shocked when the front desk person told the west indians that they were not educated because they couldn't find areas on a map, This would just not happen in our province since tourism is one of the profittable enterprises.

I did not like that I paid for a hotel room the same as everyone else and I got a room that the bed folded into the wall and it didnt even have a box spring. The bed frame itself stuck out farther then the matress so when I walked around the bed I smashed my foot on the frame and near peed myself getting to the bathroom after hopping around cursing. I brought my computer because it advertised it had "in-room internet", it doesn't have it, the "tech' person was up to the room tryed to get the internet working in the area that I was in and he said he would have to re-boot the system and he never returned ( and the internet never came on)

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was very simple but a good start.

They were doing construction so there was a lot of dust but it looks like they are trying to spruce up the place. The wifi was a bit iffy but then it got to be fixed. The carpet seemed dirty.

The place is nice, and has great amenities like fast wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a lovely indoor pool. I remember how the staff helped me with directions on my first stay. I'm definitely coming back next year!

Swimming pool was not great - too small and not deep enough to swim.

Overall it was spacious with 2 beds.
